I was a patient at Open Door for several years, and my experience has been deeply disappointing and harmful. I’ve experienced repeated medical neglect, misdiagnosis, and dismissive treatment, especially around ongoing symptoms that were ignored for years—later proven serious. Requests for proper follow-up were often brushed off. I’ve had to escalate this situation through official complaints to the Department of Justice, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Public Health because of how seriously this has affected my health. I was later diagnosed with H. pylori, an infection I had for years that they failed to detect or treat—despite clear signs and opportunities to act. Because OpenDoor failed to properly diagnose and treat my long-term infection, other clinics now rely on that flawed history, ignoring current test results and continuing the same ineffective treatments—sometimes refusing to take my case seriously at all. Even after finally being diagnosed with an infection that had gone untreated for years, I’ve continued to face roadblocks, ignored questions, and what feels like retaliation just for advocating for my own care. Once I started speaking up, they essentially told me they n

I've been coming here for years. After complaining one time I started being treated differently. I voiced my frustration and be came a patient that's not treated fairly, not heard and not understood. And when I voiced that miss Denkia (forgot her last name but I think it starts with an 'M') she says to me in a sparky tone "WELL YOU CAN JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE". It was very rude and when I told her it was rude she said "I'm allowed to speak that way". Imagine not being helped properly and can also tell the staff is treating you differently since you reported issues to the manager, Anna. Instead of being told "WELL YOU CAN JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE", it would have been nice to be told. "I hear you, I see you and I wanna understand and help help you". Especially since shes Open Doors Mental Couslor. It was giving, 'well if you don't like my store, you can go shop somewhere else'. She just did not care.

This place was ridiculous. You have to park in an alley and wait, wait, wait, wait and wait some more. Waited 3 hours in the car with kids only to get a text that says they are indefinitely closed. I had an appointment. I get all of that's going on, but why would they let you check in, sit for three hours and then text that. I love that I saw a full suited up nurse just get in car and leave when I have been sitting there for 2 hours. These people need to find a new profession.

Not sure what’s the hold up. Is it the check in QR code that isn’t working properly or the staff. I checked in at 8:20 AM and was told I would be seen and to head back to my car for arrival of tech who would administer the test. I am still waiting for that tech an hour and a half later. Sheesh. I walked in again and they tell me to check in, I reply I’ve checked in and have been waiting a hour plus and they were shocked. I hope it’s a system issue and not the company 🤦🏽‍♂️. Patiently waiting…It’s 9:51 AM … I had an appointment for 8:40 AM. 😒 After waiting close to almost 2 hours I’m finally notified they’re not performing tests today 🤯 . Major foul guys and bad business…

Staff was very friendly and kind. I was super anxious through the whole testing experience. Staff made sure to answer my questions thoroughly and provided tons of information. If you're nervous about getting tested, just go do it. It will ease your mind to know your status. When my negative results came back I requested a hug and it was warmly received. I highly recommend this facility.

I call to check on blood rest results and schedule a new appointment and nobody answers the phone. One nurse assistant seem angry during my first visit, she was bossy or being rude. The doctor was kind, until I told him I didn't want to be vaccinated after that his demeanor changed and became serious no more smiles. I would stay away! They didn't even bother to give me my results on the phone and when the doctor asked me if I wanted the blood results on the through the phone I said yes.

This place is a nightmare. You have to drive back out there for test results, and when you do they shut the clinic down an hour early. I was there after 2pm on a friday knocking on their door. They don't keep the correct hours on their google page. They randomly close down. Crooks. Not to mention the doctor was terrible.
